The way you train matters just as much as the way you eat and recover. VPT Performance has experience in high-performance backgrounds, from team sports, the military, or individual athletes. This combination delivers an incredible service with an unmatched facility.

Nate is the Fitness Director at VPT Performance and has dedicated his career to helping athletes unlock their full potential using his 16+ years of strength and conditioning experience. His background includes 14 years coaching high school and college basketball, football, and baseball, plus two years in professional college recruiting. He has worked with hundreds of athletes across all ages and sports — from first-time gym members to future college standouts — helping more than 25 athletes continue their careers at the next level.

Certified through Power Athlete, CrossFit, USA Weightlifting, and as a Personal Trainer, Nate combines science-based training with real-world coaching experience. His passion is simple: Train Hard. Train Smart. Train Together. Beyond the gym, Nate is a Christian, husband, and proud father of three amazing kids — values that guide his purpose and approach to coaching every day.
